Bollin Group Ltd is looking to recruit a new team member to support and administrate our business and e-commerce systems.
This as an entry level position with full training provided, which will quickly develop into an important support role. The successful candidate will become a permanent fixture of the support team and interact with businesses, brands and customers group-wide.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the use, setup and maintenance of B2B systems.
- Facilitate the deployment of B2B to end users.
- Provide user training and support to internal and external users
- Assist in the creation and documentation of procedures.
- Assist in the administration and support of other business systems including websites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Aptitude for detail and an analytical approach, with the ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work within a small team as well as under own initiative.
