As part of the Business Development and Sales team, this role is focused on improving our e-commerce performance by assisting with the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for bringing the brand to the customer on the OS site to best promote our range of products that make outdoor activity enjoyable, accessible and safe.

While this is very much a tactical role, opportunities will be provided to build your knowledge of e-commerce and develop a leadership mentality. It will also include elements of new product development, customer insight and omnichannel sales work.

Salary: Circa £27,500

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

  • Managing products, descriptions and images onsite, including:
  • Product pricing and reviews
  • Content management
  • Using customer segmentation to deliver the right messaging onsite
  • Multi-variant split testing for conversion optimisation
  • Promotions and code management
  • Using insight to improve the website and deliver value to the customer
  • Working with customer services, development teams, order management teams and fulfilment teams
  • Working with external partners, including product suppliers and third-party e-commerce partners

Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (for example Magento, Shopify, Shopware or Bigcommerce)
  • Understanding of Website architecture including HTML and CSS
