OIA CEO Andrew Denton comments: “We’re proud to welcome all of our sponsors to this year’s conference and greatly appreciate their support. The generous sponsorship from these OIA Members demonstrates that the industry is recognising the benefits that the conference brings to the UK outdoor industry. The event has become a key fixture in the UK outdoor industry calendar, but without this support it could not take place.”

Robert Louden MBE, Director General of The Camping and Caravanning Club, said: “This is the Club’s third consecutive year of sponsoring the OIA conference, which is an event that’s central to the industry’s calendar. The OIA and its members are doing fantastic work to get the nation active outdoors through a wide range of leisure pursuits, and this conference is a vital way of bringing people together from across our industry to both share best practice and generate inspirational ideas that will make a difference. Encouraging the nation to enjoy the great outdoors has been central to the Club’s ethos throughout its 116-year history, and we are delighted to once again show our support for the OIA conference.”

There are still some sponsorship and display opportunities available for brands and service providers to get involved in this year’s conference – please download further information here or contact Marta Williams on 0161 498 6159 as soon as possible.

With less than three weeks to go, this year’s conference will see over 200 outdoor industry delegates head to Shrigley Hall for two days of inspirational speakers, workshops, outdoor activities and networking opportunities on 14th and 15th March 2018.

As there are only a handful of residential places still available, we recommend booking as soon as possible at www.theoia.co.uk/conference-agm – everyone in the outdoor industry is welcome to attend the event, regardless of level or function, whether involved in management, sales, marketing, production or retail.

Please note: If you miss out on the full delegate package (which includes bed and breakfast), there are still non-residential and day delegate places available.
