Following a recent competitive pitch, leading outdoor and travel brand, Craghoppers is delighted to announce that it will be working with The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award for another 3 years.
Craghoppers, who has been the DofE Recommended Expedition Clothing partner since 2010, has once again demonstrated its unrivalled knowledge of outdoor clothing and a clear understanding of the needs of young people today.
The brand has used its experience and creativity to develop a fresh new range of DofE clothing for 2020, with added features and new fabrics, at prices suitable for different budgets. This was backed up with a vibrant new marketing campaign.
Jim McNamara, “it is always great to win a pitch of this magnitude, especially as we have loved working with the DofE for nearly 9 years now. The pitch process allowed us to focus on what really worked well for both parties and where new vitality was needed. I am so pleased that the team’s effort has paid off and we can’t wait to get started!”
Reflecting the brand’s Honestly Programme (part of the Group’s Honesty Project), where all products in the range are thoughtfully engineered with minimal impact on the environment, the new DofE range includes PFC free DWR treatments to waterproof jackets and trousers, recycled fleece and a guarantee for life.
